They lie about their operation hours...

I singed up with WebAfrica from Mweb to start on 1 Jan 2023, as per their website, "FESTIVE SEASON SUPPORT HOURS: Please note that we will be operating on normal hours (above) except on the dates below. 24 December 10am-3pm 25 December Closed 26 December 10am-3pm 31 December 10am-3pm 01 January 10am-3pm

When you call, you get a msg that they are not open, the online whatsapp does not get answered. I'm now sitting on a public holiday with no internet at all.
