They insisted on payment upfront to do an installation for Fibre. I paid and 3 weeks later I have n incomplete installation and no connection to date.i have tried contacting them. They do not respond to emails. I asked their agents on what'sapp for a direct line they refused to give it to me. Now I whatassp and they ignore me
