We understand how frustrating and exhausting it is to be kept on hold for extended periods without getting the support you need, especially when you’re trying multiple times and still not receiving a response. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. 

We are escalating this feedback directly to our support operations team to urgently review call queue times, communication flow, and accessibility so we can improve how quickly customers are assisted and reduce unnecessary waiting time.
