They have stepped up their customer service on their WhatsApp support platform. I am very impressed with the speedy service and resolution I have received the past 2 months. Special mention of excellence goes to Agent Asalinto who assisted me today ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ professional and patient and kind. The perfect combination. Particularly with elderly customers like myself who are not tech privvy and require patience ehich is a necessary asset to Webafrica.
