They have a massive communication and followup problem
<p>1. cannot get through their call centre, nearly impossible</p> <p>2. waiting for more then 5 weeks for service to be installed and commissioned</p> <p>3. asked them to get their ops manager to call me 4 times and still waiting for the call</p> <p>4. </p>
