They give no support

Webafrica has the worst service department ever. I have to keep on contacting to get responses on my query. They say they will do something and never do. Have had the same problem for 4+weeks, only after 3 weeks did they log it with telkom and now no one knows what is going on.

Not recommended at all as and ISP. Will be contacting other ISP and will get my refund from Webafrica for the no service the last month. Also this is not the 1st time this year I am haqving problems with them
