They enjoy people's money ,but they provide bad services

They can't keep their word ,their service is very poor.I've made payment on Monday and told me to wait for 24-48 hours for connection .As I'm writing this I'm not yet connected and I've been buying data through and through while paid them ,and when you request a chat on WhatsApp since you can't call them ,they respond after 5 hours .l should have canceled their service long time ago when they double deducted my money ,but I thought they made a mistake ,but I was wrong they are *********** ,unreliable and inconsiderate 😡😡😡
