THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL!!!

I’m a student and a client of Webafrica. They shut down my wifi some the 30th of August as they were changing my ONT. They were supposed to get back up after 7 days max. It’s been a WHOLE month and I still don’t have wifi. They don’t want to refund me or credit my account for this coming month and they want to take my money again for another month. Their consultants are so rude and not helpful. So nonchalant. I’ve missed tests and online classes because of them and they don’t care.
