They deserve no stars! Once star is too much

If I could give them no stars, that would be it! THE WORST service ever!!!!!! They have to be the most frustrating group of people to work with and know how to test your patience. They lie to clients!!!!!!!!! They say they will escalate issues, but no results. Their network is unstable and they do not want to assist or take responsibility for their part! Such a waste! Low-down, dirty ****s!!!! But let me tell you, they take off that debit order without hassle!! When I called in with my issue the consultant had the nerve to tell me that my payment was unsuccessful - what a lie. They do not want to take responsibility and look for excuses for their bad service. I called the Sales Department and I was advised that my cancellation request will be put through to the relevant department. When I followed up the next day - Nothing. No cancellation request on their system. Joh! Useless!
