Hello  Ntokozo .
Thank you for sharing this. We can completely understand how frustrating it must feel to have to place a new order every month and see your service fall off your profile. That’s definitely not the smooth experience we want for you.
With Vuma Reach, the service works a little differently from traditional monthly billing. It’s a prepaid setup, which means your connection runs on a 30-day voucher cycle. If payment isn’t made before the current voucher expires, the service will automatically deactivate, and that can result in it dropping off your profile and requiring a new order.
To help you avoid that going forward, here’s the best way to keep everything active and consistent:
1. Get Your Reference Number
You’ll receive a unique EasyPay reference via email or SMS after signing up.
You can also find it anytime in your Customer Zone under My Billing.
2. Pay Online (Fastest option)
Head to the Webafrica payment portal: pay.webafrica.co.za/vumatelreach
Enter your registered phone number and verify with an OTP.
Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
Your service will activate instantly once payment is confirmed.
3. Pay via EasyPay (App or In-Store)
  • EasyPay App: Enter your reference and pay using your saved card.
  • In-store: You can pay at stores like PEP, Ackermans, Pick n Pay, Checkers, Woolworths, and others using cash or card.
Just keep in mind that in-store payments can take a few hours to reflect.
4. Billing & Activation
Vuma Reach works on a 30-day upfront model.
Your service is only active for the paid period, so a new cycle starts with each successful payment.
Quick tips to keep things running smoothly:
  •  Try to pay before your current voucher expires to avoid any interruption.
  • Online payments are best if you want immediate activation.
  •  If a voucher expires before payment, the system may treat it as a new order cycle, which is why you’re seeing new references each time.

You're welcome to reach out to us via private message for any further assistance.

Warm regards,
