They always resolve any issues I may have had very quickly
They always resolve any issues I may have had very quickly. The chats take a bit long but I understand that they may be handling more than 1 contact at a time and possibly various systems thy have to check. They are great. The connection reliable. I have been with them for almost 5 years now and had an interruption in service three times during this time. Always resolved the same day!
