thereception is bad especially in the evenings around 7 o'clock

Struggling with poor reception in the evenings can be frustrating, especially when you rely on your connection to work smoothly at all times. We want our clients to have the best possible experience without interruptions, and we understand how challenging this has been for you. We’ve checked on our side and don’t see any visible outages or faults, however we’ve gone ahead and performed a GPON provision (line refresh) in an attempt to clear any underlying issues that may not be immediately visible. Please restart your router and monitor the connection to see if there is an improvement.
If the issue persists, we kindly ask that you:
Test the connection with only one device connected to see if the reception improves
Run speed tests with all your usual devices connected, and then again with only one device connected
Let us know exactly what you experience during the slowdown (for example buffering, dropouts, slow speeds)
This information will help us determine the best way forward. If you still need assistance after testing, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter with your findings and we’ll gladly continue to assist.
