There whatsap communication channels are the worst, there agents takes more than 2 hours to respond and then you on hold for another 35 minutes, they even have the option to block your request for service on there whatsap channel and then you get no response from Willy the bot. There management should have look into this along time ago because it's not only me that had this experience as I'm on other whatsap groups and someone called them out and everyone that's subscribed to them had the same issue, nation wide
