Theives

Still waiting for them to refund R2000 they wrongfully billed me for. After they said they WONT debit my account, they debited my account anyway for R2000. Every time I call in, they tell me the "previous person I spoke to didn't add me to the refund list" and that refunds only get done on Mondays and Wednesday and they have added me on the refund list for the next one. This has happened about 6 times and I still haven't received any money. It's basically theft. Its also not even a small amount, its R2000.
