Their service is very bad and poor.

First they deducted R399 instead of R249 like we agreed,secondly my wifi has been off since Wednesday last week,When you call their numbers they refer you to their horrible Whatsaap line,yesterday I was on their Whatsaap from 8am they responded to be at 11am,they said I must pay the R249 to activate the wifi,told them to send me the link,they sent me a link that is not working,I spend the whole of Saturday chatting with them about this link,at 4pm they told me that their links are not working I must wait for 3 hours....
