Their billing system is wrong and the customer service people very rude

I have a problem with this company that you can't get hold of them when you need help the only way is through WhatsApp.....I had a billing quiry and spoke to the lady called Siphokazi and she was so reluctant to help me and answered me in short and now I am paying more than we agreed on the contract ! They debit my account more and this lady just told me the billing was for the stopoder that didn't go through while it went through
