Theft!

If you’re looking for a company to take your money for absolutely no reason, WebAfrica is the perfect choice. I canceled my service with them FIVE months ago, and yet, every single month since, they’ve tried to deduct money from my account.

I’ve done it all—called, emailed, even used their WhatsApp chat to explain (repeatedly!) that my account is canceled. But they just don’t get it. They keep charging me like nothing ever happened.

When I canceled, they even sent me a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation and stated they’d come to pick up the router (at my expense, which I agreed to). Guess what? That never happened either. Instead, they just conveniently forgot my cancellation and continued charging me without reason.

I’m not the only one. Friends of mine have had the same nightmare with WebAfrica—months of being charged after cancellation, endless battles to get it sorted. Honestly, this feels like theft.

So, if you enjoy having your money ******, WebAfrica will deliver! Otherwise, stay as far away from them as you possibly can.
