Theft and Misrepresentation

I had a contract with Web Africa since 2018 and upgraded it 11 August 2023 to a faster line. I have since relocated and cancelled the Web Africa end May 2025 due to history of slow line/non connectivity etc. The legal print of Web Africa states that a claw back is required if you cancel before 12 months. I have cancelled after 12 months, and they have been trying to deduct R1049.00 for this cancelled contract. I have disputed this on numerous occasions but they still trying to deduct. Please could a manager contact me as this is theft as the cancellation happened after 12 months.
