Theee worst service ever!!!

I need negative stars. 1 star is too much for the service I received (or not) from WebAfrica. They were quick to debit my account but it’s been a month and they still haven’t connected me. I asked for my refund, nothing. Talking to the robot on WhatsApp is not helpful at all and honestly frustrating!
