THE WORST WEB HOSTING COMPANY AND SERVICE EVER EXPERIANCED !!!

<p>Ive recently started a new business and therefore required a website to go with it. I then contacted Webafrica to assist and and after several intervies decided to have them create a webpage for me. Upon completion of this webpage I was sent a link to review and was instantly disgraced by they quality or lack of. Withour my approval they went live with the webpage. I then contacted webafrica to redo the webpage as it was terrible and I did not want it reflecting our new business. In June 2016 I then contact webafrica to close the account as I was not recieving the services I was paying for re; the webpage was still the same. I was the convinced by a sales consultant to give them oner last chance to fix it and she will assist with a few extra option to generate more traffic to my site. once again it took 4 months after that conversation before changes where made to my website. other than than in July 2016 I agreed to do a facebook page that would direct traffic to my website but could only be done after the website was finalised. However I am being charged for Facebook page since july yet only set up in novemeber. They also suggested a traffic booster that would get more people to view my webpage yet they have not changed my webpage on I have never recieved any leads from this ,i am yet again being charged for this service since july 2016. I have therefore had the worst experiance from web africa and would not recommend them to anyone as they are useless at what they do and have cost me several days of work due to having to fight with them to fix things.</p>
