"the worst support", is an understatement

Really easy to sign up and make payment, I'm a new customer trying to get assistance and it's been almost close to 2 Hours. No answer in chat, WhatsApp and when I call in the line is just silent with no answer. I am extremely glad I have not yet made the payment and I guess they just don't care about getting knew customer.

Everyone who sees this or has web africa, I suggest you change or do not sign up!!
