The worst! Stay away!

Got charged twice for not returning the router and now can’t get through to them. Spend forever on the phone waiting to get through to billing. The only line you can immediately get through to is Sales because that’s all they care about and do not care about providing the right level of support to their customers. Literally the worst ISP I’ve used!
