THE WORST SERVICE: VUMATEL/WEBAFRICA

I have an active account for my 1 home and on the 9th of April I app**** and paid for an additional line at another address.

We waited and shouted and screamed just for the installation to be done only 10 days later on the 19th of April 2024, believe me to date that device was only installed and not yet activated after thousands of phone calls , whatsapps and so called escalations from both he Vuma and the Web Africa team. We still done have new login details and it still states that its pending and awaiting installation when I login to my webafrica customer portal/account.
