the worst service provider ever!!

This company has the worst service and the worst customer service agents ever! They are downright rude as all hell and do not have the slightest idea of how to talk to customers in a courteous professional manner, I have only spoken to 3 consultants in total that know how to do this the rest are ****!

For some odd reason, they will forever tell you you can't speak to a manager or supervisor if they fail to solve your query they will give you endless excuses rather as to why not. The complaints department is of no help at all no turnaround time is given so you will sit and wait for Jesus to get to your query. I could list so many things though the service in essence is utter bull****!
