The worst service provider

If I could give less than one star I would.I have never received such pathetic service from anyone in my life. They just ***** your money and there is no way to contact them other than WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, most of their staff in *********** and don’t know what they are doing, trust me we have spoken to probably all of their staff in the last 3 months. All we have been trying to do is cancel our fibre line with them for 3 months now but they keep coming up with excuses and keep taking our money. I would never recommend them to anyone, even if they were the last service provider around.
