The Worst Service Provider and Do not Care about Customer Service- No internet for over 7 days and Counting

I am so fed up with the appalling service I have received from this service provider. They are the worst. I have gone weeks without internet and getting the matter resolved is just as good as speaking to a brick wall. They are unresponsive and unreachable. Their phone lines go unattended and their whatsapp chat is just as useless. They never miss to debit my account yet they fail to provide me with the service I have paid for. I woke up one morning without internet and since logging this challenging I have been told they will get back to me in 48hrs and that was over 7 days ago. I am really sick of this service and are actively looking for another provider that hopefully cares about their customer service. They are not even worth the 1 star I gave. Really sickening service
