The worst service provider

I have never received such bad service. This complaint is mainly with the finance team the consultans tell me exsist, I beg to differ. I've been waiting since the 4th Jan for some resolution on being double debited. I get the same response, someone from the finance team will contact me. Now leading up to another debit order date where a debit order will be going off. I was told if I don't pay or cancel this payment they will charge me R999. Even though they have double the amount for January. YOU DONT WANT TO BE IN BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
