The worst service on this planet

It's disgusting to even put one star for this ********* ****ming company. For 2 months in a row they billed me on the 16th of the month and my service gets switched off on the first of the month when I paid for FULL SERVICE. Useless agents who just inform me the billing system charges from the 1st until the 6th of the month, they can't explain how I was billed on the 16th but I don't get full service, I only have service for 15 days. I'm so done with webafrica, it's like they pride themselves on not caring for their clients and giving bad service that's why they hide their offices and no support service via phone call. This company should not be allowed to operate AT ALL!!
