The worst service I have experienced in my life

I wish I could give zero stars!

STAY away from WebAfrica! I have been fighting for 4 months to get the product that Im paying for. Their support is absolutely non existent, I have spoken to more support agents that I can recall and not a single one of them has helped me with my issue. No one ever bothers to get back to you and there is no such thing as escalation. All while they continue to charge me the monthly fee.

This company does not care at all about their customers, please stay away.
