The worst service ever by Webafrica

I have had the worst service from WebAfrica. I have a contract with them for uncapped wifi. I have been out of wifi since last week Thursday. I reported on Friday and they kept telling me they will fix it. So far I have spoken to more than 10 agents who each time ask me the same question and refer me to the next. One of the agents said the problem is with Metrofibre who provides them services. I called metrofibre and when they checked they found out that WebAfrica deactivated my account. I went back to the WebAfrica whatsapp chat and the agent said I should be patient as they are working on it till today (5 days later) without explanation the reason for deactivation. They then closed my fault without activating my wifi. I sent a complaint to their complaints email and they did not bother to get back to me. I'm sitting here with a wifi that is not working which I'm supposed to pay month end. Another challenge is that they don't accept calls and their website refers you to whatsapp. Some of their agents end the chat without warning.
