The Worst Service ever

I have requested for a refund since the Agent gave me the wrong ref number to use for payment its been two weeks with no responds, they do not have a call center to speak to live person and their WhatsApp takes forever to reply, All I want is my money back. your Agent gave me the wrong ref number and that is not my problem, Please refund me
