The Worst Service

Worst experience I have ever had this is the ANC of Fiber!! the absolute WORST!!! on and of again never got the actual speed i paid for and on top of that they charged me twice for a "late" payment even after I made arrangements to pay on a later date, no way to call if you have an issue you can only reachout ontheir online portal or whatsapp so if you rely only on wifi at home and it goes off you have no way in contacting them you have to purchase data, staff members are confusing never the smae story each one says something different never recived a free to use router they send couriers to come collect my OTE device that does not even belong to them on top of that the want to bill me R1000 for something I never even got.... Do NOT use this service not even worth 1 star! Had nothing but problems from start to finish!!!
