This is the worst of the worst service provider. they take your money and disconnect you , you chat to agent via WhatsApp, nothing get resolved. I am working from home and is offline since the beginning of the month to date 07/11/2023. There is no person to speak to over the phone . The only time you can speak to some one via telecom is when you want to get anew connection. i got a warning at work due to this . so gatvol of this people. they make me naar.
