If you want to get connected fast to the Internet. Forget about it. If you want to get hold of a human - virtually impossible. I still haven't once been contact with a human there. Their whatsapp service is a joke. It doesn't provide anything further than your dashboard or the knowledge base. There are no no humans that you can get in contact with (option 4 "hurts it's feelings" - whatever that is supposed to mean). It will take 72 hours for RICA - they won't tell you if your RICA DIDN'T work - but will tell you if it did. It will take 48 hours for the delivery to be registered. Then it will take 48 hours for the SIM card to be registered (they could give you the instructions on how to activate your SIM card when they deliver - but they put it another 48 hour waiting time first before revealing the APN, which means you will then to need to wait an additional 48 hours. I mean - God. It sucks. And yes - there will be no human than you can interact with. Unless you go to Woodstock where their offices are, maybe you'll be able to get in contact with somebody then.
