The worst ISP in South Africa

Be careful of WebAfrica. You get a Rain Lte service from them. Couple of months your internet is horrible you report it. The feedback from WebAfrica we no longer use Rain we stopped using Rain. They can let help you with your internet being useless speeds of 0.65mbps. They never notified any one or there customer about this who has been paying the monthly fee every month. Then you see they have Cell C LTE you do your hone work go to Cell C and they confirm it. Yet it’s not available from WebAfrica in your area? Does that make sense NO but, even the rude so called service manager. I then canceled my service as they do not provide Rain anymore what service is there to pay for then. They can’t offer the alternative. Now they call me and say I have not paid for this month. Really ..... what you in need of monet for Black Friday. 1. You cancelled a service and never informed your customers. Great service there. 2. You can not provide the alternative in a area which is available and you advertise it. 3. Rude Service Managers 4. Phone when service was cancelled even though you do not use the Rain service provider anymore and you never informed any customer about that in anyway. You expect me to pay saying my account is behind for this month. It’s Pro Rata ou in advance for the coming month.
