The worst ISP I have dealt with...

0 Stars will be more likely. I requested 2 lines to be installed. One was installed but the ONT port was damaged. Could not get support and tried to cancel service after 4 weeks. Other installation was billed with no existing ONT or installation and cancelled after 8 weeks. Webafrica DEMANDS that I pay a cancellation fee of R 8400 for both lines. Sorry Webafrica, will see you in court, you are not *****ing MY Money. No service provided, contracts are void and not applicable on installation.
