The worst ISP ever- stay away!

The worst ISP ever! I didn't even get started with them because their customer service is so bad! The only thing they are good at is not responding to chats (because you can't call them!) and transferring you from one bucket to another! I had to request a refund before even getting started with the service, only to be advised that the refund timeframe is 10-15 working days!
