The Worst ISP Ever!

It is fascinating that you can tell this ISP EXACTLY what you need, and they will still manager to mess things up.

Support is absolutely pathetic. It takes hours to find someone on WhatsApp (when you are privileged enough to be connected to someone...), you get transferred to dead end via the call center, which means you have to walk all the way to the back of the queue.

I have probably dedicated more than 8 hours of my life to a single sign-up with WebAfrica and I am still nowhere.

Multiple people assured me that all is in order, but I soon discovered that all was not in order.
