The worst ISP Customer service ever!!!

Ive been struggling for the past two months to get a invoice from them. The people they hire are useless and they have no idea how to speak english. Nobody can help me and now im unable to message on whatsapp, no way of communicating with them. No response to my email. DO NOT sign up with them. They are all useless
