The worst ISP by far!!!!

Its been two weeks since our line has been installed and our router delivered and we are still not connected. The worst is there is no way except for a non-functioning Whatsapp line to get hold of them. There is no way to get hold of them for support. Not even to talk about after hours....Their Whatsapp line says it is open till 9pm but I can't even get a technician to talk to me during office hours. I've been paying for two weeks with no internet....??? The only thing they care about is making the sale!!!
