THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

I hate the experience I am having with this stupid Internet service provider! they do not have a call centre where someone can call and speak to someone, we are subjected to chat sites and the *********** idiots that work there know nothing about customer service/hospitality... I have been experiencing internet connection challenges that result in me not being able to perform my daily work duties which they seem to not give a damn about! Their connection keeps dropping which disconnects my VPN, I have had 2 chats One with a Lady named Amanda last night and now again another lady Nobuntu... They think i dont have better things to do with my time! I have just about had it with these guys damn!!!
