The worst fibre company.

Joined it last month, made first payment installment then they brought the router on 28/08/2025. I paid a deposit of R249 via their link that was on their app, 03/09/2024. They try to debit me saying I didn’t pay. Since then I have been in contact with them but they can’t help me. They keep wanting me to send proof of payment but I inform them that I can only send payment notification as it was an online payment. How can they not track, how are their links created? They can just keep my money since they deactivated my account.
