The worst fibre and service in the world

These people sent me an extra router for which I did not ask for, I’ve spoken to 3 consultants over the last two weeks all of them say this was a mistake and they have logged a return for it, till today I have it,and today I’ve been billed R999 for a router I do not even use that they haven’t come back to pick up. Webafrica you guys honestly have to be the worst fibre network/line I’ve ever had to deal with,for two weeks?
