The worst delivery times and no responses from your call centre

I am so upset with web africa and your courier company. I was supposed to received my lte router in 2-3 days and now the courier calls me to deliver today at home address where I am not at, obviously because I have to work in order to pay you, I cannot afford to take a day off from work. I gave them my home address because I was at home from Monday till Thursday thinking they will deliver between that time as promised by you guys. I sent an email to your customer team and I was assisted by a guy named Zuber Khan who threw my query to your operations team and no one got back to me regarding what would happen to my order. Now the courier calls and days they can only deliver at my home address and because I am not there, it will be delivered on Monday, I now have to stay an entire weekend without the router when I gave your courier company ample time which was 4 days to deliver at my home address. When I call your call centre, no one picks up, no one responds to my emails, Zuber Khan does not respond to me either. When you took the money from my card, there was no hassle, now when I need you to deliver, no one is delivering based on my schedule but you do what you want. I asked the courier guy to send it to my work address and he refused to, he did not want for something I paid for. It is companies like webafrica that makes people drown into debt because you offer an affordable product but you obviously want to give it to people who do not work and are staying at home based on your delivery terms, HOW CAN I STAY AT HOME FOR 4 DAYS WITHOUT YOU DELIVERING AND WHEN I AM BACK AT WORK YOU REFUSE TO DELIVER AT MY WORK PLACE, I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO TRUST YOUR DELIVERY AND YOUR COMPANY, YOU CLEARLY HAVE NO COURTESY FOR ANYONE THAT DELIVERY WOULD TAKE OVER 5 DAYS AFTER YOU PROMISE 2-3 DAYS AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO DELIVER AT AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS, YOU REFUSE
