The worst customer service!

I have been calling and texting for the past 4 days, when I call the sales department it goes through and then I get transferred to the technical Support and the waiting begins...

You wait for 12 minutes then they cut the call. The live agents on WhatsApp are no better.

They treat you well when they still want you to take their deals and you are on your own when you need help.

How can getting a sim swap be so difficult?

I have made two payments now without using the data. It's best I cancel.
