The worst customer service
If it was possible to give you one start I would. I have been moved from department to department. WebAfrica made me sign up for a voice promo under false pretenses and now they are charging me for it and refuse to admit to it being their fault. The billing and sales support handled the issue with such disregard for my concerns. How legal is it for a company to make you sign up for something that they arent even offering? I am going to contact the customer protection board with regard to this. I have been on hold for 1hr30minutes now and the issue is yet to be resolved! They are a terrible service which has no regard or concern for their customers. I am cancelling my service with them immediately!
