The worst company I ever dealt with

The worst company I ever dealt with. I downgraded my service to uncapped more than 3 weeks ago. They just not getting back to me. They recommend contacting them on Whatsapp...what a mesh. the agents just stop communicating with you..tried to phone them, 2 hours waiting to get through and still not resolved...what a joke
