The worst!

Wow, where do I begin, Firstly the company has an amazing and attractive marketing scheme, the customer service you receive when you start enquiring about the product is dreamlike, till you make the mistake of actually signing up with them. The response times slow down, don't know how they do that, and your internet installation is something you have to nag and beg them to do after they've taken your money. It puts you in a horrible position of trying to negotiate or fight for what's legally yours. I wish I had done my research on the company beforehand, the number of bad customer reviews are making me dread the process of getting my money back and cancelling the whole contract (there's a review on a customer who's currently struggling with this process).
