The worst

If I could give 0 stars I genuinely would. Worst customer service experience to date . WhatsApp or phone call. Their agents are always unavailable & when they eventually are , they’re unhelpful and very quite to close your ticket . I’ve been billed twice for a router that they said they would collect because they failed to tell me that the fibre connection could not be set up in my complex.
