The worse service from Webafrica

Webafrica is the worse service provider you can get i have been struggling for months to get a refund from them, i made a payment in march 2023 then cut my line and gave me a new reference number to paid on since march its a back and forth to get the money , now in august i made payment again they say they do see the payment but my line were cut again... now this is a amount of R800 to waste cause no one as in no one can assist me to get my money back:(
